It funny when your "Rejection, Form-Leter" contradicts what they tell you in the interview.
In the Interview - "You're Kind of Overqualified"
In the rejection letter - "The Decision has been made to fill the position with an individual whose skills more closely match the requirements for the position"
In my logic - overqualified means that your skills and experience match and exceed the requirements for the position. But Maybe that's just me.
Well, thank goodness I have a Job interview on Monday; perhaps I will be qualified enough to work for a scrapbooking company (and hopefully not overqualified because that apparently works against you).
I'm sorry my Dear.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on Monday!
